OLATHE, Kan. – June 13, 2007 – eGovernment firm NIC (NASDAQ: EGOV) today announced that David Oboyski has been named Director of Investor Relations and Communications. In his new role, Mr. Oboyski will be responsible for expanding NIC’s award-winning investor relations and corporate communications programs.

Mr. Oboyski most recently served as the director of public relations at Kansas City-based Cerner Corporation and has held senior communications and operations roles at several private and public sector organizations during his career, including Brodeur Worldwide, Hudson+Duke Communications, and the Maricopa County (Arizona) Regional School District. He holds a B.A. from the University of Arizona and an M.A. from Union College in Schenectady, New York.
